These shirts are made when you order them — nothing sits in a warehouse. That keeps the range wide and the prices sane, but it does change how returns work.
If something is wrong with your order
Damaged, misprinted, or simply not what you ordered: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll reprint it or refund you in full. No need to ship it back.
Change of mind or wrong size
We can't resell a printed shirt, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind or a size chosen in error. Please use the size guide before ordering — and if you're unsure, email us first and we'll help.
Cancellations
Email us straight away. If printing hasn't started we'll cancel and refund in full.
